Fly Rods
Great Bay Rod Company has expanded it's product line with two new series of freshwater rods, the Isinglas series and the Winding Brook series.  Each fly rod in these series takes on special meaning when the fly angler begins casting.  Smooth power, efficient casting, and pinpoint accuracy are the hallmarks of this series.

The Isinglas is our "general stream and lake" series, capable of handling a tough brown on a large river, a largemouth bass on your favorite pond, or a small rainbow on the river up the road from your house.

The Winding Brook series is Great Bay Rod Co.'s first "specialty" rod.  We don't like the term specialty rod because many creeks here in New England demand a rod series like this to catch the wary native brook trout that inhabit these waters.  Brush choked streams require a short fly rod, and wary trout require a fly rod capable of delivering a size 22 dry with nary a ripple when it hits the water.  Please browse our models, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Our saltwater series of rods feature the finest components and fishing tapers designed for both power and consistency.  Combine these features into a single package and you know why other manufacturers are trying to keep up.

Both the Evolution and CTX series feature titanium ceramic stripping guides and single foot titanium ceramic running guides.  Titanium offers the angler the utmost in corrosion resistance.  Anglers fishing for large striped bass, redfish, snook, or tarpon will marvel at what these fly rods can do.

Freshwater Fly Rods
The freshwater series of fly rods from Great Bay are a wonderful combination of art and technology. The Isinglas and Winding Brook series complement one another and more importantly complement the styles of freshwater anglers both experienced and novice. The fit and finish on these fly rods are second to none. Nickel silver reel seats, premium quality hand rubbed cork grips and flawless snake guides and wraps are the norm, not the exception.

Saltwater Fly Rods
Great Bay Rods has introduced two new series of fly rods for the discriminating angler. The Evolution and CTX series of rods will satisfy every angler. Each series uses state of the art blank design and top quality components. Corrosion proof titanium stripping guides and single foot ceramic titanium running guides anchor this series as a saltwater powerhouse.  Combine this with the new triangular reel seat and you will see why we consider ourselves a company that has evolved beyond what the traditional companies are offering.
